Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Ascend Spatial Labs platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement to adhere to these service conditions. Our operations are governed by data precision and professional integrity standards.
Technical IP & Asset Licensing
All processed geospatial Content, spatial models, and AI-derived insights are the intellectual property of Ascend Spatial Labs. Upon full account activation, clients are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to utilize these deliverables for their internal operational purposes.
Workspace Lifecycle (Pending Activation)
New Client Portal accounts default to a "Pending Activation" state. During this phase, analytical metrics and downloadable assets are unavailable while our technical team synchronizes historical data. Use of the "Priority Sync" system is subject to operational capacity and technical scheduling.
Service Availability & Maintenance
System availability is prioritized for the SADC region. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for critical infrastructure updates or data re-synchronization. We are not liable for technical latency arising from third-party geospatial API providers or regional connectivity issues.
Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Malawi.
